Position Overview

Production Operator – Spectrum Control

We operate a 4‑day, 10‑hour schedule for a 3‑day weekend. Competitive wages and PTO, with benefits beginning on day

• Inspect products for flaws using a microscope and report findings to the area lead or supervisor.
• Review and follow work specifications.
• Set up standard daily work.
• Track and input work order moves and product output into the production move system.
• Work with or around ceramics, solvents, dust, liquid and solid metals.
• Train and perform tasks in pre‑ and post‑kiln operations as assigned.
• Work effectively on individual job assignments or as part of a team.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Perform other duties or flex to other areas as required by the supervisor.
• Assist in training new operators when needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One or more years of production/manufacturing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic reading and comprehension skills.
• Ability to work with or around ceramics, solvents, dust, and liquid or solid metals.

Production floor in a manufacturing facility.
