Job Overview
Triangle Suspension Systems, Inc. is part of Marmon Holdings, a global industrial organization backed by Berkshire Hathaway.
Assembles mechanical units or fabricated parts into sub‑assemblies or complete products through routine and repetitive assembly operations. Uses hand and power tools and operates equipment such as jigs, dies, fixtures, templates, punch presses, riveting machines, circular shears, and drill presses to cut, file, fit, punch, ream, rivet, form, and/or assemble. Fits, aligns, calibrates, and adjusts parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product requirements.
Monitors quality of products and raw materials. May read simple blueprints. Performs routine maintenance and cleaning, and determines and corrects minor machine malfunctions. Requires 3–5 years of experience and works under broad supervision. Typical job titles include Press Operator, Machine Operator, and Maker/Packer.
