Production Operator – Spectrum Control

Work schedule:

4‑day workweek, 10‑hour days with a 3‑day weekend.

• Inspect products for flaws using a microscope and report any defects to area lead or supervisor.
• Review and follow work specifications.
• Set up standard daily work.
• Track and enter work order moves and product output into the production move system.
• Work with or around ceramics, solvents, dust, liquid and solid metals.
• Train and work in pre‑kiln and post‑kiln operations as assigned.
• Work effectively on individual job assignments or as part of a team.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Perform other duties or flex to other areas as required by supervisor.
• Assist in the training of new operators when needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of production or manufacturing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic reading and comprehension skills.
• Ability to tolerate work with or around ceramics, solvents, dust, liquid and solid metals.

Production floor in a manufacturing facility.
