We’re hiring Medical Device Assemblers in State College, PA! This role supports medical device manufacturing through precision assembly, soldering, inspection, and documentation. If you’re highly detail-oriented, have strong manual dexterity, and enjoy hands-on work with small components, this is a great opportunity to join a medical device manufacturing team.
Compensation & Schedule- Pay: $17–$24/hr, depending on experience

Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM | Full-Time, 40 hrs/week | Onsite
- Assemble miniature medical device components using written procedures, drawings, and detailed manufacturing instructions.
- Perform precision assembly tasks including hand soldering, bonding, and cable assembly.
- Work under a microscope and use small hand tools such as tweezers, picks, and X-Acto knives.
- Read and interpret work orders, diagrams, and manufacturing instructions.
- Perform product inspections and basic testing to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Complete production and quality documentation accurately and maintain organized records.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following all quality and safety procedures.
- Support continuous improvement and other production activities as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent manual dexterity.
- Ability to work with small or delicate components and sit for extended periods.
- Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer skills.
- Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience.
- Experience working under a microscope.
- Hand soldering or bonding experience.
