Registered Nurse (RN) – Med/Surg | Day Shift | State College, PA
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a Medical‑Surgical unit on the day shift. The RN will provide direct patient care using the nursing process, including assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient outcomes. This role involves collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, ensuring accurate documentation, and delivering safe, high‑quality patient care.
Requirements- Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg RN experience
- BLS certification (AHA)
- Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical judgment skills
- EPIC charting experience preferred
- Day shift, 12‑hour shifts (6:45 AM – 7:15 PM)
- Every other weekend and holiday coverage required
