Roles & Responsibilities   Provide professional nursing care and make sound clinical judgments to keep patients safe and comfortable
Perform thorough patient assessments and document findings accurately
Administer medications and treatments safely and according to protocol
Assist providers with diagnostic and treatment procedures in the pulmonary clinic
Deliver clear, compassionate patient and family education to support self-care
Coordinate care with the healthcare team to ensure smooth patient transitions
Respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations
Use clinical knowledge to identify problems, prioritize care, and recommend practical solutions
Qualifications   Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license
Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association Healthcare Provider (current)
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
One year of nursing experience preferred
Ability to perform physical demands of the role, including lifting and prolonged standing
Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Education   Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Knowledge & Skills   Patient care and clinical assessment
Medication administration and treatment procedures
Diagnostic and treatment procedure support
Patient education and family engagement
Familiarity with ICD-10 and CPT coding basics
Medical terminology and office procedures
Use of examination and treatment equipment
Emergency response and calm decision-making
Effective documentation and teamwork
