Responsibilities
  • Provide and manage anesthesia for a diverse array of cases, including ortho, urology, ENT, GI, and outpatient procedures.
  • Conduct thorough pre-anesthesia patient assessments and develop individualized anesthetic plans.
  • Administer and monitor anesthesia safely and effectively across various surgical specialties.
  • Oversee patient recovery and safe emergence in the post-anesthesia care unit (PACU).
  • Maintain accurate and complete patient records in accordance with facility protocols.
  • Collaborate effectively with surgeons and the broader surgical team to ensure a smooth clinical flow.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nurse Anesthesia.
  • Current certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
  • Valid and unrestricted Pennsylvania license (or eligibility for licensure).
  • Strong clinical skills and the ability to manage a varied case mix.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • SRNAs nearing graduation are highly encouraged to apply.
