Join our healthcare partner as a Registered Nurse specializing in Wound Care, where you'll function as a consultant to both staff and patients.

Your role will be pivotal in ensuring optimal patient outcomes through expert guidance and compassionate care.

• Provide expert consultation and care in wound, ostomy, and continence management
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff to ensure understanding and compliance
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania
• Board certification in wound ostomy and continence nursing
• Meets the American Heart Association's standards for Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) and renews BLS every two years
• Need 3 years experience in setting
