As a Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to childbearing women and their families. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assessing the developmental level, health status, and history of patients and families
• Performing initial assessment and stabilization of neonates
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans
• Teaching self-care and newborn care to patients and families
• Promoting understanding of family dynamics and their impact on health
• Collaborating with healthcare disciplines to support families at risk
• Maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for patients
• Staying current with professional knowledge and skills

Requirements for this role include:

• Completion of an accredited registered nurse program
• Current Pennsylvania RN licensure
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, renewed every two years
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification, renewed every two years
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification, renewed every two years
• EPIC experience
• Need 1 year experience in setting
