Matrix Medical Network is hiring Nurse Practitioners to conduct comprehensive in-home health assessments. You will review medical history, medications, and risks, and collaborate with physicians and care teams to close care gaps during a single visit.
Eligible candidates must hold an NP license with prescriptive authority, be board-certified, and travel up to 80–90% including overnight stays. Competitive compensation and a $1,500 sign-on bonus are offered.
