Shift: Evenings 2:15 PM 10:45 PM
Schedule: 8-hour shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week

Position Summary

Foxdale Village is seeking a dependable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide quality care to residents in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. The CNA will assist residents with daily activities, provide hands-on care, and support the nursing team in maintaining resident safety, comfort, and dignity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct care to residents in accordance with their care plans.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility.
• Assist residents with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care.
• Follow infection-control, safety, and facility policies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, nurses, and other members of the healthcare team.
• Promote resident dignity, independence, comfort, and quality of life.

Requirements

• Active CNA certification required.
• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to providing quality resident care.
• Must be available to work the required evening schedule.

Schedule Requirements

• 2:15 PM 10:45 PM
• 40 hours per week guaranteed
• Every other weekend and holiday required.
