We are seeking a compassionate and experienced CNA to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Dubois Continuum of Care Community, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to our residents, including:

• Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing team
• Providing emotional support and developing strong relationships with our residents
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment by following infection control protocols and adhering to our community's policies

• Deliver high-quality care to our residents, prioritizing their physical, emotional, and social needs
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and services provided
  
  Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care

• You must be a certified nursing assistant with a current certification in the state of Pennsylvania
• You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• You must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• You must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, and be able to stand for long periods of time
