Job Summary
Animal Nutritional Physiology research group is seeking part‑time assistance with dairy nutrition experiments at the Penn State Dairy farm.
Responsibilities- Collecting and weighing feed refusals
- Calculating the amount of feed needed each day
- Mixing and delivering feed to cows on nutrition experiments
- Assisting with collection of milk samples some mornings
- Working early morning hours (~5:30 to 8:30 AM), 3 to 4 days per week
- Ability to lift 50 lbs with or without assistance
- Previous experience with cows or other large animals preferred
Remote and hybrid work is not guaranteed, regardless of work location.
