Gecko Hospitality - - - Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Assist the Executive Chef in the daily operations of the kitchen, including supervising and training line cooks and prep staff.;
Menu Execution:
Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality, presentation, and consistency according to our seasonal menus.;
Kitchen Operations:
Manage daily kitchen logistics, including station prep, equipment maintenance, and ensuring the kitchen remains clean and organized.;
Cost Control: assist in monitoring food waste, portion control, and labor costs to maintain profitability.;
Safety Compliance:
Enforce strict health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all staff and safe food handling for guests.
