We are looking for a Dishwasher to join our team. This person will report to the Executive Chef

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs routine cleaning of dishes, glasses, flatware and other kitchen items.
• Maintains standards of cleanliness and adheres to Department of Health regulations.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitary condition of all kitchen equipment.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of floors, mats and related kitchen areas.
• Responsible for proper use of supplies and equipment based on predetermined levels.
• Assists with other kitchen/utility personnel as needed.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
• Promotes outstanding customer relations.

EDUCATION:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

Previous experience with dishwashing equipment, cleaning and sanitation preferred.

Other:

• Able to lift and carry 30-50 lbs. frequently.
• Able to stand and walk for 6-8 hours.
