We are currently seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our team at Otto's Pub & Brewery. As a vital member of our kitchen staff, the ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in our culinary operations.

Assist the kitchen team by ensuring all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are cleaned and sanitized promptly.

Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently to maintain a steady flow of clean items for the kitchen and serving staff.

Collaborate with kitchen and service personnel to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing area and kitchen.

Adhere to proper sanitation procedures and health regulations at all times.

Support the team in upholding high standards of cleanliness and efficiency in the kitchen.

Previous experience in a kitchen environment, catering, or restaurant setting is preferred.

Familiarity with culinary terms and equipment is a plus.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Strong communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and servers.

Willingness to follow sanitation guidelines and adhere to safety procedures.

Capacity to work well as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
