We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our team at Otto's Pub & Brewery. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality dishes to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in kitchen operations and a dedication to culinary excellence.

Prepare ingredients and assist with food preparation under the guidance of the Executive Sous Chef & Executive Chef

Follow recipes and cooking procedures to maintain consistency and quality in all dishes.

Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and other tools.

Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food production.

Adhere to food safety standards and regulations to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.

Assist in menu planning and contribute creative ideas for new dishes.

Support in inventory management and stock rotation to minimize waste.

Uphold high standards of cleanliness, organization, and professionalism in the kitchen.

Proven experience working in a kitchen environment, preferably in a restaurant or similar setting.

Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures.

Proficiency in basic various cooking techniques and methods.

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced culinary environment.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in food preparation.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Passion for the food industry and a desire to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
