• Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of floor and backroom operations, safety standards, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and equipment maintenance. Prepare meat products according to established standards.

• Be an Owner: Maintain operational excellence, ensure quality and date control, secure merchandise, reduce waste, assist members, and comply with packaging and labeling policies.

• Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics.
• Complete work assignments using data and resources, collaborate with stakeholders, set priorities, communicate progress, and drive improvement.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
