What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)- Serve as the primary point of contact and relationship owner for assigned enterprise accounts
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities while developing account and opportunity plans
- Facilitate and maintain successful customer relationships, focusing on satisfaction and revenue growth
- Manage time and territory effectively while collaborating to resolve conflicts
- Drive software license, maintenance, and service revenue through value-based selling
- Proven track record of achieving 100%+ of sales quotas
- Experience in value-based selling of complex software solutions to enterprise accounts with annual revenues of $1 billion or more
- Ability to navigate 6-9 month sales cycles effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills and intellectual curiosity to uncover customer business challenges
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating with team members
- Experience in a virtual account team-selling environment
- Familiarity with cloud-based software products and solutions
- Prior experience in a similar sales role within the software industry
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a book of business
- Strong understanding of customer satisfaction metrics and referenceability
