What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and relationship owner for assigned enterprise accounts
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities while developing account and opportunity plans
  • Facilitate and maintain successful customer relationships, focusing on satisfaction and revenue growth
  • Manage time and territory effectively while collaborating to resolve conflicts
  • Drive software license, maintenance, and service revenue through value-based selling
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Proven track record of achieving 100%+ of sales quotas
  • Experience in value-based selling of complex software solutions to enterprise accounts with annual revenues of $1 billion or more
  • Ability to navigate 6-9 month sales cycles effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills and intellectual curiosity to uncover customer business challenges
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating with team members
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in a virtual account team-selling environment
  • Familiarity with cloud-based software products and solutions
  • Prior experience in a similar sales role within the software industry
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a book of business
  • Strong understanding of customer satisfaction metrics and referenceability
