Job Overview

Retail Sales Representatives (RSR) are brand ambassadors who energize our retail environment by building excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, connecting deeply with customers, understanding their needs, and educating them on our device and service solutions. This role involves completing new employee training and developing skills in a team setting.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing excellent customer service and building loyalty by assisting customers online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
• Exploring customer needs and demonstrating technology products.
• Selling personalized solutions, accessories, IoT devices, and more.
• Using digital tools effectively during customer interactions.
• Learning about network coverage, plans, and services to educate customers.
• Completing training on systems, products, and processes.
• Building relationships across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Passionate about customer service and having fun!
• Competitive and successful in sales environments.
• Willing to learn and share ideas with peers and leaders.
• Ability to balance customer needs and sales goals.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service or sales experience, retail preferred.
