Minitab is seeking a Global Key Account Manager (GAM) to drive adoption of our latest solution offerings across named global accounts. This is a high-impact, strategic role designed for a proven enterprise seller who thrives in complex, global sales environments.
If you bring 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience
, consistently achieve 100%+ of quota
, and have a track record of $250K+ average deal sizes and seven-figure transactions

As a Global Key Account Manager, you will serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned global accounts within a virtual account team-selling environment.
- Own and manage named global enterprise accounts
, serving as the primary point of contact - Develop and execute strategic cross-sell, up-sell, and account penetration strategies
- Coordinate globally across Minitab teams to ensure consistent pricing, positioning, and messaging across all divisions and subsidiaries
- Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships across customer organizations
- Drive revenue growth through the sale of products and services
- Navigate complex, long sales cycles while delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Travel 50–70% for on-site meetings with customers, prospects, and partners, including international travel
- Success in this role will be measured by
:
- Revenue growth within named accounts
- Customer satisfaction and long-term retention
- Referenceability and executive advocacy
- 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience in the information technology market
- Proven success with average deal sizes greater than $250K
- Consistent achievement of 100%+ of assigned quotas
, including seven-figure deals - Strong background in consultative, executive-level relationship selling
- Demonstrated ability to sell both software solutions and services
- Business Intelligence and/or Statistical Analytics experience (a plus)
Familiarity with structured, value-based and consultative selling methodologies required

Position is available for remote employment in the following states:
PA, FL, OH, TX, NC, MI, IL, CO, AZ
Base salary: $135 to 150K/yr
Commission:
This role is eligible for a 50/50 commission plan based on meeting performance targets with uncapped earning potential.
