Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. The role involves delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products along a pre‑established route. This is a physical, fast‑paced indoor/outdoor position where partners serve and sell to an existing customer base.

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must build rapport with key decision makers.
• Maintain quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base through upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

• Have an active driver’s license.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Obtain a DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.
• Meet the physical requirements of the position.
• Hold a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent military service.
• Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation.
• Show self‑motivation and the drive to work in a team‑focused environment.
• Maintain a positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit.
