Route Service Representative Workweek

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route to deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. This is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position.

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

Required:

• Active driver’s license.
• At least 21 years of age.
• DOT medical certification.
• Documentation of prior employment.
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the position.
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Self‑motivation, teamwork, positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit.
