Description
As the Sales Supervisor you will drive studio sales performance and lead the front-of-house sales team. This individual will act as the primary sales leader within the studio, owning personnel and team KPIs, leading marketing efforts, and delivering exceptional member experience. In studios without a dedicated Sales Manager, the Sales Supervisor serves as the sales captain, motivating the team, executing grassroots marketing, and ensuring the studio hits its growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the sales leader of the studio, setting the tone, pace, and expectations for the sales floor.
- Own and exceed personal sales goals in memberships, renewals, retail, and promotional offers.
- Coach and support Sales Associates to achieve team KPIs, including conversion rates, lead follow-ups, and revenue generation.
- Lead daily/weekly sales huddles, role‑play sessions, and accountability check-ins with the sales team.
- Develop and execute local marketing strategies and grassroots campaigns to drive traffic and community engagement.
- Handle inbound leads, conduct studio tours, and convert prospects to members with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Track performance and ensure all lead, sales, and renewal activity are accurately recorded in the CRM system.
- Serve as the studio’s point of contact for all sales-related escalations and solutions.
- Foster a culture of performance, accountability, and fun on the sales floor.
- Collaborate with coaches and regional leadership to align sales goals with studio operations.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in sales leadership, preferably in fitness, health, or retail industry.
- A record of hitting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to high performance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially with CRM and lead tracking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of self‑motivation, accountability, and the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable managing responsibilities without an onsite Regional Sales Manager.
