We're growing our Enrollment Team and looking for a high-performing, mission-driven sales professional who wants to make a meaningful impact while being rewarded for exceptional performance.

As an Enrollment Specialist
, you'll speak with women who have actively raised their hands for help and guide them through a thoughtful, consultative enrollment process. You'll listen to their goals and challenges, educate them on our approach, determine whether Rejuvenating Health is the right fit, and confidently guide qualified prospects toward the next step. This is a performance-driven sales role. We set ambitious goals, measure results, and expect our team to continuously improve.

Top performers have the potential to earn up to $24,372/month ($292,500 annualized) in OTE
.

Actual earnings are performance-based and will vary based on individual results and applicable compensation terms.

• Conduct 45-minute Zoom enrollment consultations with qualified prospects
• Build trust and uncover each prospect's goals, challenges, and desired outcomes
• Educate prospects on Rejuvenating Health's programs and approach
• Confidently navigate questions and objections
• Determine whether our programs are the right fit
• Guide qualified prospects through the enrollment process
• Manage and consistently follow up with your sales pipeline
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity
• Meet or exceed established sales KPIs
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Customer Success, and the broader team
• Participate in team meetings, training, coaching, and ongoing development

This is a full-time remote sales opportunity requiring flexibility.

Enrollment Specialists should be prepared for:

• Early morning, afternoon, and evening availability EST
• Some Saturday and Sunday availability
• Multiple back-to-back 45-minute Zoom consultations
• Consistent pipeline follow-up outside of scheduled calls
• Active participation in team meetings, coaching, and training
