Concrete Form Carpenter

Leonard S. Fiore, Inc. (LSF) is a leading builder based in Central Pennsylvania, delivering the full spectrum of commercial construction services. We are seeking skilled Form Carpenters to construct, align, and dismantle forms for a variety of concrete structures, assist with finishing poured concrete, and ensure high-quality results while strictly adhering to safety standards.

Concrete Form Carpenter

Full-time

State College, Pennsylvania

$20.00-$34.00 per hour (DOE)

• Build, set, and strip concrete forms for footings, walls, columns, decks, and slabs.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and layout plans.
• Measure, cut, and assemble wood or metal formwork to specifications.
• Install braces, supports, and scaffolding to hold forms in place.
• Ensure forms are level, plumb, and properly aligned.
• Patch, repair, and clean forms for reuse.
• Assist with site layout and basic carpentry tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with foremen and other trades to meet schedule demands.
• Perform other related duties as needed.

• Minimum of two (2) years of related experience in form carpentry.
• Current OSHA 10-hour certification preferred.
• Can safely lift up to 60 pounds and climb ladders, stairs, and ditches.
• Must wear proper protective equipment at all times.
• Physical ability to work in demanding environments and lift heavy materials as required.

• Knowledge of concrete forming systems and methods.
• Ability to read construction drawings and take accurate measurements.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
