WorkSchedule
Service Technicians work 10‑hour shifts, four days per week, Monday‑Thursday or Tuesday‑Friday.
SalaryYear One: $26.95/hour, Year Two: $28.53/hour, After Year Two: $31.70/hour.

Inspect vehicles for safety and operational integrity. Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and execute repairs on a diverse fleet. Use diagnostic equipment to identify problems quickly. Maintain accurate records of repairs and services to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Participate in scheduled meetings to discuss ongoing projects and share insights on improving service efficiency. Adapt to shifting priorities based on fleet demands and urgent repairs.
QualificationsStrong foundation in mechanical knowledge and problem‑solving skills. Experience changing and repairing all sizes and types of tires. Understanding of fuel dispensing equipment including CNG, diesel, and gas. Attention to detail for diagnostics and precise repairs. Excellent communication skills for collaboration and management. Time‑management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently. Commitment to safety protocols and a positive team culture.
Additional Requirements- Applicants must be at least 21 years old.
- Possession or ability to obtain Class A CDL with passenger endorsement, PA State Inspection License (S7) and 609 AC certification.
- CATA provides CDL training and assistance for inspection license and AC certification.
