- Residential Service | $24.00 - $34.00 per hour, depending on experience Schedule Options: 5-day, 8-hour shift | 4-day, 10-hour shift | overtime as required

Position Overview:

Primarily residential service plumbing Responsible for the installation, service, and maintenance of plumbing systems and hot water heating systems. Radiant Heat service Installing hot water heaters tank & tankless, indirect hot water boilers, water filtration, sump pumps, garbage disposals etc. Some small re-pipe work, no full home re-pipes Performing advanced plumbing tasks, including the maintenance, repair, and servicing of a wide range of fixtures and equipment.

Independent execution of routine maintenance and repair work, as well as the supervision and training of apprentices.

Experience:

Valid driver's license and insurable driving record2 + years of service plumbing experience

Residential Plumbing experience Strong knowledge of the local codes

Great customer service skills

Able and excited to mentor & train an apprentice

Prior supervisory experience
