Base Salary Range: $18.00-$25.00 per hour (experience based)

We are seeking a skilled and dependable General Tradesperson to support daily operations on our commercial construction projects. This role requires a well-rounded trade professional capable of performing a variety of construction tasks and supporting multiple trades across the jobsite.

• Perform a variety of construction tasks including carpentry support, concrete work, demolition, and general site preparation.
• Assist with layout, measurement, and installation of building materials in accordance with project plans and specifications.
• Support concrete operations including forming, pouring, finishing assistance, and site preparation.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and small equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist with framing, formwork, blocking, and other carpentry-related tasks as needed.
• Load, unload, and distribute construction materials and equipment throughout the jobsite.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment by following all company safety policies and OSHA standards.
• Collaborate with foremen, supervisors, and other tradespeople to ensure efficient workflow and project progress.
• Demonstrate dependable attendance and productivity on the jobsite.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in commercial construction, carpentry, concrete, or related trades preferred
• Current OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
• Can safely lift up to 60 pounds, climb ladders, stairs, and climb out of ditches
• Must wear proper protective equipment at all times

• Ability to perform a wide variety of trades-related tasks across commercial jobsites
