CDL A Drivers Home Weekly on No Touch Freight Earning 1500 to 1620+/WK (Full Time)

Midwest Regional

• Starting pay of $.70 CPM on an average of 2100–2300+ miles per week, averaging $1500–1610+/week.
• All freight no touch; 40% drop and hook. $0.13 of the $.70 is non‑taxed per diem.
• Drivers get home every week (weekends not guaranteed). Drivers must be available to drive Sundays.
• Sign‑on bonus of $1650 paid out over the first six months.
• Trucks run 2023–2027 Freightliner or International models with forward‑facing campers. Trucks are automatic with speed limits 65 on the road and 68 while cruising.
• Drivers may take trucks home.

• Full medical, dental, and vision insurance starting the month after 60 days.
• 401K plan starting after 90 days.
• Paid vacation: one week after one year of service, two weeks after two years.
• Riders and small dogs allowed from day one. Rider must be 12 or older; dog must be 50 lbs or less.
• Orientation 2–3 days with company‑paid transportation, hotel, and food. Orientation pay $200 per day.

• Either 6 months verifiable Class A OTR or regional experience in the last 12 months, or 12 months verifiable experience in the last 24 months.
• No more than three moving violations within the last three years (both CMV and PMV). No more than one moving violation in the last 12 months in a CMV.
• No major moving violations in the last 36 months, including convictions of 15+, cell phone usage, careless/reckless, following too closely, or improper lane violation.
• No DOT preventable accidents in the last three years.
• No more than eight jobs in the last three years.
