Key Responsibilities:
Provide expertise on ADA laws and guidelines to employees and employers Manage ADA claims and provide timely case management for various complexities Build rapport with employees and offer guidance to employers on accommodation processes
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, science, or related field; or equivalent experience in human resources or related areas 2+ years of experience in disability accommodation, absence management, or claim administration Preferred certifications include PHR, CPDM, or ADA certification Proven success in supporting employees and employers regarding accommodations
