Location:

New York City metropolitan area. Must have a car to drive to sites. Must be able to work out of the Staten Island main office.

Immediate opening - seeking replacement for departing Lead Project Manager

We are urgently seeking a seasoned Heavy Civil Project Manager with 10+ years of continuous, verifiable experience as the project lead Project Manager on major heavy civil projects exclusively in the NYC market. Experience outside the NYC metro area will not be accepted.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years as a Project Manager with established NYC-area heavy civil contractors
• Proven track record delivering complex, high-profile heavy civil projects in New York City
  Hands-on expertise in:
• Deep excavation and heavy Support of Excavation (SOE)
• Heavy concrete (mass pours, elevated slabs, complex form work)
• Concrete on metal deck and other superstructure concrete
• Pile drilling and pile driving (driven piles, drilled shafts, micro piles)
• Waterproofing systems for below-grade structures
• Rock excavation (controlled blasting a plus)
• De-watering and groundwater control
• Must know submittals, RFIS, Bluebeam, and MS Project or P6
• Direct experience on large-scale infrastructure or transportation projects in NYC is strongly preferred
