Customer Service Representative (CSR)
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the welcoming face and voice for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Warmly greeting all walk-in customers, actively listening to understand their needs, and effectively directing them to the appropriate resources or personnel.
- Maintaining consistent and professional receptionist coverage, ensuring a polite, clear, and articulate communication style in all interactions.
- Accurately processing customer payments and managing billing inquiries, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction experience.
This role is ideal for an outgoing and customer-focused individual who genuinely enjoys interacting with the public and is dedicated to providing excellent service.
