FLEXIBLE AFTERNOON HOURS! MUST be willing and able to work until 6:30 PM

Assistant Teachers at The Learning Experience are nurturing, dependable, and passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of children. You'll work side-by-side with our Lead Teachers, helping to create a safe, fun, and engaging environment that supports learning through play.

Qualifications

* At least 1 year of professional childcare experience preferred

* High school diploma required; CDA, Associate degree, or enrollment in a Study Plan is a plus

* CPR and First Aid certification preferred

* Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role

Our Assistant Teachers

* Support Lead Teachers in implementing The Learning Experience's proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum

* Help create a safe, nurturing classroom where children can learn, play, and grow

* Build positive relationships with children and their families through daily communication and care

* Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and engaging classroom environment

* Ensure the safety and well-being of each child every day

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
