Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with video gaming needs, recommending items, and completing transactions;
Support store shopping environment and contribute to sales initiatives during the holiday season;
Collaborate with store team to keep areas of the store clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines;
Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and transferring products from stock room to sales floor;
Assist the store team in meeting sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals
