The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store;
Establishing and maintaining Guest Services, developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control;
Ensuring maximum sales and profitability during the seasonal store operation;
Assist in staffing and coordinating store activities to meet seasonal demand;
Overseeing store presentation and customer service standards
