Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and the public by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a government office environment;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with appropriate personnel as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout interior areas, entry points, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and report suspicious conditions;
Monitor access points and verify credentials or visitor authorization in accordance with site protocols;
Assist with alarms, disturbances, medical events, and/or evacuation-related situations by following post instructions and notifying supervisors, first responders, and/or designated contacts
