Are you a proven field leader ready to run high-impact electrical projects from start to finish? We are seeking a dynamic Electrical Superintendent to spearhead our field construction activities. In this critical role, you will drive project success by planning, coordinating, and supervising all field electrical operations. You will be the backbone of our field execution, ensuring every project is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

As a primary field liaison, you will provide strong leadership to our foremen, electricians, apprentices, and subcontractors while collaborating directly with project managers, customers, and inspectors. Qualifications:

• Journeyman Electrician License preferred.
• 7+ years of electrical construction experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory or superintendent experience.
• Strong working knowledge of NEC, OSHA regulations, and electrical construction methods.
• Experience managing industrial, commercial, or large-scale electrical projects.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, schedules, and electrical drawings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and construction management software.

Preferred Experience:

• Industrial electrical construction.
• Power distribution systems.
• Medium-voltage installations.
• Motor controls, automation, and controls systems.
• Multi-site or nationwide project management experience.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work in indoor and outdoor construction environments.
• Ability to travel as required.

$45 - $50 an hour Benefits Package:
