E&I Supervisor

You've led teams in demanding environments where attention to detail and decisive action weren't optional — they were survival skills. This E&I Supervisor role puts that same mindset to work in an industrial paper mill where your leadership will directly drive safety, efficiency, and crew performance. What You'll Do:
Supervise and direct all E&I hourly personnel, including scheduling, performance appraisals, and corrective action Build and manage daily/weekly maintenance schedules, assigning work orders to maximize team skill and training Verify that all safety requirements, tools, materials, and equipment are in place before every job kicks off Troubleshoot and oversee maintenance on electrical and instrumentation systems, including ABB DCS and Allen-Bradley PLCs Lead safety meetings, conduct field observations, and drive continuous improvement across the crew Requirements 5+ years of experience in the pulp and paper industry;

supervisory experience strongly preferred Working knowledge of ABB Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and Allen-Bradley PLCs Strong electrical fundamentals with solid mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting Benefits Great Benefits package:
