Construction Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute construction projects from start to finish
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site staff
• Review contracts, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and compliance
• Ensure all work meets quality standards, building codes, and safety regulations
• Monitor project progress and address issues, delays, or cost overruns
• Lead project meetings and provide regular status reports to stakeholders
• Manage change orders, RFIs, and project documentation
• Enforce site safety policies and conduct regular safety inspections
• Oversee project closeout, including punch lists and final documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, contracts, and technical documents
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with project management and scheduling software

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• OSHA safety training or certification
• Experience with commercial, residential, or industrial construction (specify as needed)

Work Environment

• Combination of office and on-site work
• May require travel to job sites
• Ability to work extended hours as project schedules demand
