We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee the field operations of ground-up multifamily construction projects in Statesboro, GA
. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established General Contractor with a strong pipeline of work across Georgia.

The successful candidate will take ownership of the project from site mobilisation through to completion, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Manage all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking through turnover.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
• Develop and maintain the project schedule, driving production to meet key milestones.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards.
• Conduct daily site meetings and coordinate work between all trades.
• Monitor quality control and ensure work meets contract documents and specifications.
• Coordinate inspections and maintain relationships with local authorities.
• Work closely with the Project Manager on budgets, procurement, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Identify and resolve field issues proactively to minimise delays.
  
  Maintain accurate daily reports, site documentation, and progress updates.
• Lead punch list activities and oversee project closeout.

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a General Contractor.
• Ground-up multifamily construction experience is required.
• Experience managing wood-frame, podium, wrap, or garden-style apartment projects.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, sequencing, and subcontractor management.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency with Procore or similar construction management software.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
