Job SummaryUnder the supervision of the Assistant Athletic Director for Annual Fund, this position will support various activities to increase philanthropic support to Georgia Southern University from alumni, faculty, staff, parents, students, and/or friends.
Responsibilities- Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of all Athletic Foundation events and donor stewardship initiatives
- Provide operational and logistical leadership for Athletic Foundation events and activities
- Ensure consistent and strategic use of the Foundation’s brand, messaging, and overall marketing and communications strategy
- Manage the operations of all football gameday premium areas
- Oversee the planning, execution, and performance analysis of Athletic Foundation social media and email marketing campaigns
- Coordinate donor stewardship communications and engagement activities
- Support donor acquisition and data collection efforts
- Collaborate with the major gifts team on lead generation, prospect research, and the preparation of gift agreements
- Develop, manage, and evaluate comprehensive donor stewardship and engagement strategies
- Analyze donor data, fundraising trends, and engagement metrics
- Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree - Experience:
Zero (0) to one (1) years of related work experience
- Experience working in higher education, nonprofit organizations, or college athletics
$40,000 - $49,850 (exempt, paid monthly)

- Proven proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office, Google, and/or applications as required for the specific position
