Sr. Accounting & Finance Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Accounting & Finance Specialist to support a wide range of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and operational finance activities. This role will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure financial accuracy, compliance with company policies, and effective financial planning processes. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, analytical, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Plant’s monthly closing leads
• Plant’s profitability and program’s financial review including gate review support
• Plays key role in the preparation of analytical reports and tools
• Regularly communicates with teams regarding expectations for preparation and review of budgets, forecasts, and actual results relative to expectations.
• Prepares accurate reporting of variances and works with department managers to develop accurate internal reporting.
• Performs ad hoc core financial analysis and reporting responsibilities to support internal initiatives and projects focusing on driving efficiency and transparency
• Supports the finance related project, task such as inventory optimization, cost saving, etc.

• Bachelor’s degree with a preference for a degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics and/or equivalent work experience
• 5-10 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Strong grasp of Microsoft Office applications with an emphasis on Excel and Power Point
• Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and perform in a deadline driven environment
• Work with International team
• Overtime is required as needed
