• Evaluating patients and developing individualized plans of care
• Delivering high-quality outpatient physical therapy services
• Helping shape clinic workflows, culture, and patient experience
• Collaborating with leadership on clinic growth initiatives
• Ensuring timely and accurate documentation
• Mentoring and collaborating with team members as the clinic grows
• Educating patients on injury prevention and long‑term wellness

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Georgia (or in final stages of licensure)
• Interest in leadership, autonomy, and clinic growth
• Pelvic health experience or interest is a plus
• Self‑driven clinician who enjoys taking ownership of outcomes
• Strong communicator and team builder
• Desire to help create a positive, high‑performing clinic culture
