Join Grifols, part of ABC Healthcare, as a Bilingual English/Spanish support specialist in our Healthcare & Social Assistance team. In this patient-centered role, you'll assist English- and Spanish-speaking patients with scheduling, intake, and follow-up, accurately documenting information in electronic health records and explaining care instructions clearly. You'll collaborate with nurses, physicians, and administrative staff to ensure seamless care coordination. Responsibilities

• Assist English- and Spanish-speaking patients with scheduling, intake, and follow-up via phone and in person
• Accurately document patient information in electronic health records (EHR) following HIPAA standards
• Explain care instructions, clinic processes, and basic service information in both English and Spanish
• Coordinate with nurses, physicians, and administrative staff to support seamless patient care
• Verify basic insurance and eligibility information and route complex issues appropriately
• Manage appointment calendars, reminders, and follow-up communications
• Handle patient concerns with empathy and escalate clinical issues to licensed staff
• Participate in ongoing training to maintain language, cultural competency, and healthcare process knowledge
