Site Supervisor

Shift(s):

11:00am-7:00pm (Monday
- Friday)

Job Duties:

* Supervise and train the work of the janitorial staff in the building.

* Designate shift and area work assignments.

* Manage employee relations and performance issues quickly and appropriately. Document and report to management or HR.

* Review employee timekeeping to ensure compliance with timekeeping rules and complete payroll documents to ensure all employee time is paid correctly.

* Inspect the jobsite regularly to identify any quality concerns or project work needed; complete and submit inspection reports.

* Identify and communicate the need for any special project work to management.

* Maintain cleaning supplies inventory.

* Respond quickly and appropriately to all customer concerns or complaints.

* Enforce all safety policies and procedures; immediately report and investigate accidents.

* Complete training courses as required.

Requirements:

* Ability to lead and supervise

* Ability to be standing and/or walking for extended periods of time

* Previous supervisory experience required

* A strong work ethic

* The ability to work alone or within a team is a must
