General Manager – Taco Bell
Location: Statesboro, GA Salary: $65,000 – $70,000 / year + Lucrative Bonus Potential Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities- Daily Operations: Oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring strict adherence to Taco Bell brand standards, food safety, speed-of-service targets, and product quality.
- Financial Leadership: Take full P&L accountability for the store. Manage labor, food costs, waste, inventory, and local store marketing to achieve financial goals.
- Team Building & Development: Recruit, hire, train, and retain high-performing shift leads and team members. Foster a culture of accountability, recognition, and continuous growth.

- Experience: 2+ years of successful General Manager experience in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) or Fast Casual concepts (Taco Bell experience strongly preferred).
- Track Record: Proven ability to manage store P&L, drive sales, control costs, and build a strong bench of talent.
- Leadership Style: Hands-on leader who leads by example on the floor during peak volume hours.
- Requirements: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and peak shifts.
- Base Salary: $65,000 – $70,000 / year (based on experience)
