The Executive Director of Undergraduate Admissions and Recruitment serves as Georgia Southern University's lead undergraduate recruitment strategist and operational executive. Reporting directly to the Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management, Admissions, this high-energy, results-oriented leader provides strategic direction and direct oversight for all undergraduate recruitment, admissions application processing, on-and off-campus recruitment events, campus visitations, and orientation touchpoints across all campuses.

• Execute multi-year undergraduate recruitment and market penetration plans that directly achieve annual targets of new undergraduate students and support institutional expansion goals
• Direct all daily undergraduate admissions operations, file processing workflows, evaluation standards, and territory management to ensure high-speed, frictionless, and customer-centric applicant decision-making
• Lead the strategy, execution, and continuous evaluation of all undergraduate on-campus and off-campus recruitment events, daily campus visitation experiences, specialized group tours, and orientation touchpoints designed to maximize yield and conversion
• Provide executive leadership for all domestic, transfer, dual enrollment, adult learner, and military-affiliated undergraduate recruitment initiatives and counselor territory management strategies across all campuses
• Monitor real-time undergraduate conversion, velocity, and yield metrics across all stages of the admissions funnel; implement immediate tactical course-corrections when regional or population goals lag
• Drive staff utilization of Technolutions Slate and Ellucian Banner, leveraging operational CRM tools, automated messaging sequences, and counselor workflows to elevate responsiveness and engagement
