Description
Our client is seeking a Maintenance Manager for their manufacturing facility in Southeast Georgia.
LocationStatesboro, GA
Responsibilities- Supervise and lead maintenance processes to ensure on-time production and delivery
- Participate in lean/continuous improvement projects
- Lead, coach, and manage a large team in a high volume manufacturing facility
- Selects and trains employees to produce at standard-and-above efficiency
- Coach, train and develop direct reports
- Establish and implement preventive maintenance systems
- Manage spare part Inventory processes
- Collaborate with Engineering with new equipment installation
- 5+ years of Maintenance Management experience, in a high-volume food or beverage manufacturing environment
- Solid PLC troubleshooting experience
- Strong Project management experience
- Excellent strategic experience
- Change management implementation
- Proficient with Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point
- Some ammonia refrigeration knowledge is preferred
- Excellent mechanical aptitude
